    Type or paste

Enter plain text, or paste a message made of dots, bits, braille cells or hieroglyphs.

  2. 2

    The format is detected

The detector identifies the writing system and chooses the right decoder, so there is no Convert button.

Frequently asked questions

What is a symbol translator?

A symbol translator turns ordinary text into another writing system, such as Morse code, binary, Wingdings, braille or hieroglyphs. This site shows several formats at once and can also translate the symbols back into English.

How do I translate Morse code back to English?

Paste the dots and dashes into the universal box on this page, or open the Morse tool. The detector recognizes Morse automatically, places the symbols on the correct side and shows the decoded letters as you type.

Does the site work offline?

After a page has loaded, the conversion, audio and image exports run in your browser. No message text is sent to a server, and the tools keep working if your connection drops.

Can I copy the symbols into Discord, TikTok or a game?

Yes. The output is ordinary Unicode text, so it can be pasted into most chat, caption and profile fields. Each platform uses its own fonts, so the exact shapes and line spacing may differ from the preview.

Is my text uploaded or stored?

No. Everything runs in your browser. The site does not have a database or an account system, and the tools only remember your last input locally on your own device.

Which formats can I convert here?

The first release covers Morse code, binary, Wingdings, glitch text, Egyptian hieroglyphs and Grade 1 braille. More formats, including a Caesar cipher, are planned for a later release.
